Happy 3 Hotel

Large room and large bed. Easy check in and check out. Staff behaviour.

Room amenities can. be improved. Slightly pricey.

Comfortable, near shopping malls, nice staffs

No bathrobe, not enough trash can. No trashcan in the bedroom nor the wash basin.

Nice furnishings. Everything worked well and A/C didn’t blow directly on the bed

The location is great!! It’s about 200m from Jim Thompson house and Siam district. The staff is great and accommodating. My room was ready before check in time, which was nice.

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. The pool not as spacious as I’m used to.

I paid for accommodation with breakfast included, but on the last day I wasn’t served. For breakfast, we have to choose from a menu, and they didn’t allow us to choose the day before so it could be prepared in advance. Since there wouldn’t be enough time to prepare it on the same day, we asked to take some muffins instead, but our request was refused.

Very clean hotel, excellent location, close to MBK mall, Siam Paragon, and Central World. Loved our room, spacious and aesthetic. A bit expensive though

Happy 3 has a very advantageous location in the Siam area. It's just 3 minutes away from Jim Thompson's house as well as to good shopping malls such as Siam Paragon or MBK for shopping or great dining experiences. It's also only a few stops away from King Power building. Our room was very comfortable and clean which made us enjoy our stay even more. However, we didn't have any meals there and cannot rate breakfast nor other meals. I'm addition, we highly appreciated the 3 different fresh local juices dispensers that were in the lobby for the guests to enjoy. We both loved the pandan juice for example. Each dispenser displayed an explanation of the plant used in the juice as well as its healthy benefits.

A tiny remark about the blanket of the bed. As we set the AC to 26 degrees, the blanket was too thick for my wife who would have preferred a bed sheet. However, if the AC would have been turned on 22 degrees, this remark wouldn't be relevant.The toilet flush didn't work properly all the time and the water was leaking. After showering, pay attention not to leave the door open as the water would run onto the toilet floor because it's a common door.

Location was super convenient! About 5 minutes walk from the National Stadium BTS and 12-15 minutes walk from Siam Paragon area.

I wish the pool was a bit bigger or deeper. This is a very minor thing.

We were disappointed in breakfast, which was limited, not well organized, and in a space that was lacking.

The room layout was spacious, modern and clean. I like the pool area and lounging facilities

Maybe it was a little too loud in the morning if the kids get in the pool, but it wasn’t much of an issue

location - the vicinity of the hotel to the malls it was very accessible and to the BTS (train). the room was soo nice, the fcailities, and the smart tv that i dont need to bring my own apple tv setup

its not related to the hotel itself but the road going to the hotel, hopefully they get repaired soon.

The room is large, clean and satisfying for 3 of us. The location is quite far to the city ie Platinum Mall ect. As for breakfast there is no chance for breakfast because the room does not come with breakfast

I like the location, very close to the MBK shopping mall. Everything was clean and the room was perfect.

The breakfast. I was in this hotel 7 years ago and came back because of the breakfast. The breakfast now is fine but disappointed compared to 2018.

The property is very accessible to most of the shopping mall areas. I can say that it is located in the center, very close to touristic places as well as restaurants. The room is clean as well as it has a modern vibe to it. Very minimalist.

When it comes to peak hours, it is quite challenging to commute.

The staff were very attentive, 24/7. I liked that breakfast was included. A very good location that I would recommend!

That I didn’t stay longer

We booked the King Suite and absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to all of the Siam centers, museums, the art center, 7/11, and more. We never had to use Bolt or any transport since everything was within walking distance.The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and offered amazing value for the price. Definitely recommend staying here if you want comfort, convenience, and a central location in the city!

The only downside for us was the bed—it was quite uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. That’s the one thing I’d suggest improving.

The rooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The pool was really nice (but not on the rooftop so not good for suntanning).

There was a bit of a smell in the room from the loo/drainage.

The hotel location is perfect just 10min walk to MBK. The rooms are fine and clean but we had an issue with the room AC for the first 2 nights but the issue was resolved.
